Phia: thank you for surfacing. I’ve now deleted it from all devices. I was curious “what” it was doing. It didn’t save me money or find a better price. I also noticed — but am only now connecting the dots — that is was clearly blocked on some retail sites. For me — you’ll never earn my trust back. I don’t care who your daddy is.

I deleted Phia about 6 months ago because on some sites it was actively not letting me purchase things. I consulted with my software engineer husband who confirmed it was breaking things. I also didn’t feel like it was saving me much on the things I was purchasing.

Great story and insight. Interesting and timely as I’ve been highly targeted by ads from Phia in the last few days.

Excellent reporting about fashion. I’m so out of it, so I’m reading all about the industry with your newsletter. Didn’t know about Phia but they have a lot of work to do to fix those issues, not a great start though. Love how Walmart jumped immediately and reacted to it in such a cool way. The magic of marketing.
